  • Q What are the policy of sample?

    A Sunnyworld Medical are happy to supply our customers with samples that are needed.

    For new customers, Sunnyworld Medical could supply you the sample according to the value of products. Sunnyworld Medical could supply you with low-value free samples. As for goods with high value, Sunnyworld Medical would charge the samples of the actual cost. Please give us your express account number, or contact the express company yourself to send the samples.

    For old customers, Sunnyworld Medical would consider the situation and send the free samples and would not charge the freight fee.

  • Q What are the policy of quotation?

    A All the quotation from Sunnyworld Medical will be valid only for one month, customers need to confirm with us again one month later.
  • Q Does Sunnyworld Medical support OEM?

    A Yes, Sunnyworld Medical could change the printing and packing as per customers request for both OEM and ODM to do best to meet the market demand.
  • Q What if products or packaging were damaged during transit?

    A If products or packing were damaged during transit, Sunnyworld Medical would provide our customers with the parts that are more cheaper for replacing In addition, Sunnyworld Medical also could offer parts and packing material free of charge in certain quantity for replacing.
  • Q What are the return policy?

    A If the products had quality problem, Sunnyworld Medical would replace them free of charge compensate through negotitation.
